Service rates for professional, qualified IT support
Our Technical Department consists of a large team of service engineers qualified and equipped to resolve most IT issues. Our team is coordinated by a Technical Administrator whose mission is to ensure that our customers' needs are met on time and on budget.
For onsite service our labour rate is charged from the time we leave our offices until we return to our offices.
Casual service rates
OAS has the following service rate schedule for all clients who are not on service agreements.

Prepaid hours
In response to our customers' needs we've developed a method of pre-purchasing a block of labour to reduce the administration costs of smaller invoice amounts. These are offered at reduced rates for larger blocks of hours purchased. Block hours can be used for service work; reconciliation can be reported monthly. Clients on block hours have exclusive access to our online Job System - Web Interface.

Fixed fee service agreements
For those clients requiring a flat service fee structure on a monthly basis, OAS can evaluate your IT servicing requirements and tailor a fixed fee service agreement (with SLA).

Outsourced technical services
Larger clients often require technical assistance to cover IT staff shortages, staff replacement or IT department outsourcing. OAS can provide outsourced technical services to ensure that your IT systems remain operational.
