HelpDesk Technician

Essential skills:                              

  • Medium level of organisational skills
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and also independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Good understanding of Desktop operating system and functions
  • Strong commitment to company philosophies and product offerings

Desirable skills:

  • Current Microsoft Certification (Desktop Based)
  • Sound knowledge of OAS products and operations
  • A+ Hardware Certification (or equivalent)
  • Certificate III or IV in Information Technology
  • Ability to build customer rapport and loyalty.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
